During period from 15 till 18 of January JSC “Vitebsk carpets” took part in annual international carpet exhibition DOMOTEX 2011, which was held in Hannover, Germany. The organizer of world-famous exhibition DOMOTEX is Deutsche Messe AG.

This exhibition is one of the first-rate exhibitions of carpets and floor coverings in Europe. Participating in such exhibition gives an opportunity to make oneself known, to show new collections produced on modern equipment. The quality of our goods favour their advancement not only on internal market, market of Russian Federation, but also on markets of foreign countries, that in perspective is the basic aim on expansion of outlets and distribution network in whole.

At the exhibition DOMOTEX 2011 there were presented the following sections:

  • Carpets (handwork), wicker, woven, pile
  • Woven carpets and runners (machine-made)
  • Elastic coverings for floor
  • Textile coverings for floor (roll, tiled and ready-made)
  • Contract business
  • Publishing companies, industry associations, design, service
  • Fibers, yarn and textile
  • Laminate
  • Parquet and another coverings made of wood
  • Technologies on laying and care of coverings, presentation of production
  • Natural stone
  • Ceramic tile.

During exhibition there was held a great number of negotiations. We had a talk with suppliers of equipment about the further technical re-equipment of our enterprise with up-to-date modern high-technology equipment. We have explored and taken under control modern tendencies connected with technology of production. We took the samples of raw material of the latest developments and it will give us an opportunity to extend assortment range of production, and to open new trade areas.

Despite that the geography of shipments of JSC “Vitebsk carpets” is broad a great number of people would like to begin cooperation with JSC “Vitebsk carpets” from such countries as Uzbekistan, Italy, Iran, Brazil and Greece.
